Ive just installed mobileadmin on the companies webmail server. I can log into it with a domain admin account with no problems, but when I look up a device, the only actions available to me are Block and Delete. I cannot find "Wipe"This is on Exchange 2003 SP2.Can anyone help me or offer some guidance?Thanks,PaulWatch Movies Online

On the exchange server, open system manager, global settings, mobile services and enforce passwordsin the mobile services properties. Once the configuration has been sent to the devices and the users have entered a password, you will see the wipe option.
