I moving mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I want to modify the MSExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config file to allow for greater than 5 moves at a time. I can open the file in notepad and make the modifications but when I try to save the file I get an Access Denied error.

Because the parent folder v14 is a locked folder. I would just make the change and save it to your my documents, then copy it from my documents back into the bin folder. When you do this it asks it tells you that you need admin permissions and click ok and it will copy over the existing file.
