msechangefbpublish event 8206 and 8275
I am running exchange 2007 sp2. Last night at 2:00 am I recieved the events 8206 and 8275 for the free/busy information. I have made some changes and run isenteg against the store. Does anyone know how to force the deletion of duplicates process to happen so I don't have to wait until 2:00 am again? I've tried changing the maintenance windows but that only starts a online defrag. Thanks.

I am assuming we are talking about these error message:Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: MSExchangeFBPublishEvent Category: General Event ID: 8206Computer: Computer Description:Unable to prepare message table for polling thread processing on virtual machine Computer . The error number is 0x80040115. Make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running.Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: MSExchangeFBPublishEvent Category: General Event ID: 8275Computer: Computer Description:SchedulePlusFreeBusy folder could not be opened for duplicate message deletion on virtual machine Computer . The error number is 0x80004005. To resolve this problem here are the steps:1. get-publicfolder -Identity "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY" -Recurse |fl2. Verify replica for SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY exists on legacy admin groups 3. Pointing the folder to the 2007 public folder database. If not your erorrs please post the errors you are getting. As for when this is checked. From: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123760(EXCHG.80).aspxCheck Schedule+ Free Busy and Offline Address Book folders In this task, the public folder database verifies that the Schedule+ Free Busy and Offline Address Book folders exist as appropriate. Each administrative group and offline address book (OAB) has an assigned public folder database that is responsible for creating and maintaining the associated Schedule+ Free Busy and Offline Address Book folders. This public folder database makes sure that the folders exist and that there are no duplicates. When OABs are deleted from the Active Directory directory service, the associated OAB public folder is deleted approximately one week later. The Schedule+ Free Busy folders that are associated with administrative groups are never deleted. This is done by database maintenance, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb629590(EXCHG.80).aspx

Those are my errors. Does "Pointing the folder" mean just adding the exchange 2007 server as a replica?

That is correct or moving the replica to Exchange 2007Chris

Everything existed on at least one server. I added replicas to my exchange 2007 box of the exchange 2003 free / busy. Guess I will have to wait until 2:00 am unless there is a way to force the maintenance to run now.
