Are you looking to have different email addresses for one user with mailbox on Exchange? If for a mailbox user on Exchange you can have secondary email address. Else, you can use mail enabled contact with different external e-mail address.

You could add another SMTP address in ADUC. Set the kaya as the primary smtp address. Mails sent to kayat and kaya will be sent to the same mailbox.

It is right .
It easy to add a primary email address.
1. Open ADUC
2. Right click Kayat, select properties.
3. Under E-mail Addresses, add a new SMTP address (or other types), in your scenario, name the
Email address as “Kaya@domain.com”, it could be an external email address also.
4.Click ok to finish it.
5. Set
Kaya@domain.com as primary .
