I thoght i posted this last night nut i cant see it now. Fault =When a user recieves an email with an attatchment, exchange appears to send that email back out to the user - thus duplicating the email. Setup=O/S = Windows 2003 server SBS sp1Email comes in via a pop3 accountNo email comes in via SMTPOnly one user affectedOnly emails with attatchments are affected My testing = I have disabled pop collection, then watched the pop server, emails are not duplicated at this point.Fault is not KB264249 (Exchange Server Connector for POP3 Mailboxes deliver multiple copies of messages) however symptoms are very similar.Have ran Exchange best practive analyzer and the exchange trouble shooting assistant bt no good.Have disabled the user account, renamed it then created a new user account. The fault then appears in the new user account. My thoughts= there is a rule or distribution list in exchange that is causing this. Any pointers please?
