Hi, Would you please let me know whether the issue only occur on one user? Whether the junk e-mail1 can be located in both OWA and Outlook? If I am right, I suggest you attempt following method to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Backup the Junk e-mail1 and Junk e-mail folder if required. 2. Ensure the File level Antivirus on the problem user’s client has been configured to exclude from scanning OST file 3. Disable Cached Mode on the Outlook client and exist Outlook, rename the old OST file 4. Download MFCMapi tool and logon the mailbox by using the Online Mode profile. Expand Root Container>Top of information Store->Delete both Junk e-mail1 and Junk e-mail folder 5. Enable Cache Mode again and then start Outlook with /resetfolders switch 6. Please check whether the Junk E-mail folder can be recreated and whether the junk email is delivered to Junk E-mail folder Mike Shen TechNet Subscriber Support in forum
