Hi all, Exchange 2007 SP2 Several users get IPad and tried to access the wav attachment (UM) and can not download them through OWA. Do I need to change anything on my exchange server to allow to download WAV messages? Thank you.

Can you play .wav files from OWA on a regular computer or iphone? I cannot think why EAS on iPad would block these files as there no settings on the iPad to block this.MVP Exchange Server

Just thought of something, since iPad uses Safari then OWA will run in Light Mode so you may be limited on the features. You can verify by installing Safari on desktop and seeing if .wav files are attached when using Safari, I see no reason why that would not be. I would also suggest Exchange Activesync for iPad users, many more features and much better interface.MVP Exchange Server

If you have Exchange 2003 SP2 then EAS is included. Go to iPad settings-accounts to set up Exchange Account. If you have OWA already secured with commercial SSL certificate, then you are good to go.
