I have a user running outlook 2003 connected to exchange server 2003. She is not receiving any new messages in her inbox. If we sign her into OWA she does not see new messages there either. If i check the number of items in her mailboxfrom the exchange manager you see the item count increment and logging shows successful delivery to her mailbox. However OWA and outlook show no new messages. Any help would be awesome. John
