not able to connect to Outlook

Hi everyone,

I did migrate from Exchange 2007 to  Exchange 2013

My users are not able to connect to outlook(  searching for server settings and fails, even IMAP also fails). please refer attachment

My exchange is an internal exchange not connected to outside world. 

my exchange 2007 was mail.mydomain.com

now my exchange 2013 is webmail.mydomain.com( I have created urls pointing to mail.mydomain.com and also created selfsigned certificate with urls mail.mydomain.com)( I even did http to https redirection). Experts please do guide me as i am not able to trace the issue.(If Servers names are different will outlook connect). Wht is SSL offloading do it needed to be unchecked
