i recently restore a crashed mail server on exchange 2003 and can send mail but i am only not receiving mail. I sent an email to a test account on another domain and when i tried to reply the email this error message came out; This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Its looking GAL error and its not synch well.Did you tried to send mail from remote domain to Email address directly, instead of replying old mail.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5.5.0 Underlying SMTP 500 error. Have you checked the servicesAre POP3 and IMAP4 services working? Is the status shown as "started" in services.msc?Check the MX record for the domain. Is it working through Internet?

Is 196.44.176.4 the correct public IP address for your restored server? Does the new server have scanlinkbyo.co.zw listed in the domains for its Default Recipient Policy?
