How can I Apply the backup policy on exchange server 2007? Server configuration is 2003 server C: /39GB/10.05GB E: /100GB/69.06GB G: /1.22TB/848GB We normally take a backup of all of all users and that backup is saved in an external hard disk which is of 1TB. Now the backup policy is as follows 1. Tuesday it will take a backup of Monday 2. Wednesday it will take a backup of Tuesday 3. Saturday the whole backup is taken. 4. On Monday it will take a backup of Saturday. So because of this backup policy the overwriting is happening. So please suggest a policy, So that the overwriting will not happen. We want a policy like daily backup must be done and any 2 or 3 days from a week full backup(ntbackup) is taken.
