I have a Windows 7 64 bit computer with office 2010.  Word will crash when clicking the arrow next to the bullets (to pick different bullets).  I have run a repair and deleted the normal.dotm file.  What might be a fix for this?  Thanks.

Please start Word in Safe Mode to check if the issue persists:

Press Win + R, type "winword.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.

If then there is no such issue when clicking the arrow next to the bullets, we may suspect it's caused by some 3rd-party add-ins, disable the suspicious ones to verify which one caused the issue.

You can also browse to C:\Users\[user-name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word, rename ListGal.dat to ".old", restart Word to check the result.
