I have slightly narrowed down what is going on, but still don't know what it is caused by. This problem happens with any document, not just this one. I have not tried it in another microsoft program though. The font will print letters or the number 1 in any size. But will not print any other number if it is larger than 72 pts. I feel like I am loosing my mind but would love to know what is causing it, and how to fix it. I have tried to just create a pdf but then other issues arise with formatting. Please help!!!

How do I check the printer font? I also don't understand why it will print the number 1?  Also the font comes in a solid and it will print larger.

Printer Fonts depend on the printer, usually.

Which font/typeface are you using? Is it one you added to your computer? I know that I have no trouble with my computer/printer printing large sizes in the fonts I generally use.

That it is displaying on your screen but not printing indicates to me that a display font / printer font issue is involved. Often fonts come with both and one is for use on the computer, the other for printing.

I do not know how to check this. I haven't dealt with it for more than ten years, back when I had a Mac and installed my own fonts.
