Hi Chrisics,
If you are an Exchange Admin,
Use the Set-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration cmdlet to configure Automatic Replies settings for a specific mailbox.
If you had already tried searching for it, you should form a better question letting us know, what you have aleady tried. That would help us not guessing stuff.
