outlook.exe startup appcrash

Outlook simply closed mid use. Tried to reopen and gave appcrash error. Reboot does not change the situation. Outlook shows add ins at 6 of 10 during reboot as it opens desktop. Flashes update 9 of 10 and then can't get beyond that point where the error message occurs.  When I try to open outlook again, it does the same thing (starts opening normally, shows add ins 6 of 10, flashes add ins 9 of 10, then shows that it closed and has stopped working. Desktop and all other functions work normally.  Only Outlook seems affected.  Detail:   Microsoft Outlook has stopped working:

Hi,

Based on the description, the issue occurs when loading the add-ins. I suggest you start Outlook in Safe Mode to check the result:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.

In Safe Mode the add-ins will be disabled. If Outlook doesn't crash in safe mode, maybe one of the add-ins caused the issue, please disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the problem.

If the problem persists, please run Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT) to check if anything is wrong with the installation.
