hi everyone I have two domain in exchange second domain I added recently I need configure outlook with second domain but authentication failed user name and password are correct. I can connect in OWA but outlook cannot connect

can you tell in more detail. Where you are using domain to configure outlook. Outlook need emails and CAS array to be configured.

I have one domain controller for example test.local and public domain test.com link for owa https://mail.test.com

I added second accepted domain in exchange  for example list.com users mails work in OWA  but  I need configure outlook with second list.com mail in internal firm but when I configure second mail in outlook  I can not access to users outlook profile look it on the screenshot

user name and password are correct

If this is popping for credentials, then accepted domain is working, but i see that you are logging on to CAS01.

Is CAS01 is your domain Name, if not, change the CAS01 to domain name and try again.
