outlook 2003 receive mail in both accounts

Hello to everyone.

I am the admin of a company which has sbs 2003 with exchange.

All the employees can see both their personal emails and the company's mail at their outlook accounts.

I want to configure one of the employee's email, when he receives a mail to his personal account, this mail also appears in the public company's email folder.

e.g. i send a mail to:  "personalmail@company.com", this mail i want to be sent also to "company'smail@company.com" in order everyone can see it.

Waiting for your answers.

Thank you

What about creating a simple rule in Outlook with the option "Move a copy to the specified folder" where you can point to the company's mailbox?

Thank you for yor reply Eduard.

And in that way everyone who has access to the company's mail will be able to see it?

The previous admin had configured it in another way, without making any rules. I just don't know how!

If the company's mailbox /inbox Folder can be accessed by other users, then yes. But you should be aware, that everyone who has delete permissions in that mailbox will be able to delete the message so that it will disappear by everyone. Limiting access permissions would be a good idea.

Ok, i did it  the right way. I gave the permission through exchange to forward the mails to the company's mail.

Thank you for your replies and your time Eduard
