i recalled some emails but i got the message recall failed.  recall failed messages keeps on reproducing from one particular email address, how do i solve this. its annoying, my inbox has got more than 500 recall failed messages from this one particular email address. help

Are you using Outlook in cached Exchange mode or online Exchange mode? If you are using Cached Exchange mode, please try switching to online Exchange mode to see the result.

In addition, some users who have the same issue were able to fix it by recreating the Outlook profile, you may also have a try. For your convenience:
