Is there any option or way to make a read reciept non optional. Our HR director has requested that HR email has a reciept automatically comfirmed. The delivery reciept is not enough as we need to evidence the person has seen the email and taken an action (ie opened it) We have recently migrated from Novell Groupwise, which has a function in an emails properties of viewing the time and date an email was opened, and we are looking to deliever the same outcome in some way. We are running outlook 2010 and exchange 2010
