Do you mean you cannot set up your IMAP account in Outlook or your IMAP account doesn't sync in Outlook?

If it's the former, you may follow this instruction to configure your IMAP account in Outlook:

If it's the latter, please first make sure you have installed the latest update for your Outlook. If still no help, we can try to root your mailbox and then check if this issue continues. To do this, please follow:

1. Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings

2. Double click on your IMAP account.

3. Click More Settings Button.

4. Click Advanced tab.

5. Under Folders heading, type "Inbox" in the box next to "Root folder path".

6. Click OK and finish the account configuration.
