I am using outlook 2013 (through office 365) to connect via exchange to a outlook.com webmail account, on a Windows 8, 64 bit pc.

Whilst outlook 2013 downloads all my folders, it does not fill them with the appropriate emails.Any suggestions most appreciated.

Hi Paul,

By "connect via exchange to a outlook.com webmail account", do you mean you configured your Outlook.com account in Outlook 2013 via Exchange ActiveSync protocol? If this is the case, may I know how you configure your Outlook.com account?

Basically, when we configure an Outlook.com account in Outlook 2013, we select "Manual setup or additional server types" and the mail server field should be:

m.hotmail.com

If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.
