I am trying to schedule the meeting vie "Skype for business" but i am getting this error : unable to identify the calendar owner,i am using pop3 account

You need to use an Exchange account for this to work. As a workaround, you can schedule a meeting via the Web app: https://sched.lync.com/ (assuming you are on Office 365)
