Hello,
From the result, this may be DNS resolution issue. Please verify whether there is a record for autodiscover on DNS server or DNS SRV record.
Please check if your certificate is SAN certificate.
A new feature is available that enables Outlook 2007 to use DNS Service Location (SRV) records to locate the Exchange Autodiscover service

Lisa

Hi Yasser ,
To configure Exchange AutoDiscover correctly you may need to review below points and make sure it's configured correctly :
1- Enable autodiscover on Exchagen Server (CAS) with your external domain.either using EMC or EMS for example :
Enable-OutlookAnywhere -Server CAS01 -ExternalHostname "mail.contoso.com" -DefaultAuthenticationMethod "Basic" -SSLOffloading:$False
2- Configure your Public DNS records for autodiscover.contoso.com (which will point to your CAS server real IP).
3-configure your network firewall (if exist) to allow and accept external connections through port 80 / 443.
4-review your SAN name of your certificate and make sure it include the autodiscover.yourdomain.com
