Hi Does your autodiscover function works properly? Both internal and external? What type of certificate are you using?Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Have you tried looking at the saved passwords on the PC? Open profiles and then click advanced. Delete the saved passwords and then try again. Good luck.

worst case scenario re-configure the profile. I ran into the same issue couple of times and fixed it doing above or re-configured it.

Hi All, Autodiscover is working properly. I have cross-checked autodiscover url. I have checked the certificates. They are also okay. Certificates contain proper url. I mean webmail.mydomain.com Now the problem is only one user is facing this issue. Test which had been done. 1. Test-outlook configuration. Everything came normal. 2. Recreating the profile. 3. changed authentication method of outlook anywhere. on outlook side. Under exchange proxy settings. 4. Disabled Exchange proxy settings completly from outlook side. Still problem persist. MAIN THING WHICH IS SURPRISING ME IS THAT OUTLOOK IS ASKING FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD FROM MAILBOXSERVER.MYDOMAIN.COM. tHANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP

I wanna keep it KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) approach :) before i get into more troubleshooting. Simply logong with that user account to another desktop and configure it. You never need to format a PC ffor such issues :)

Hi, You can press Ctrl+right click Outlook icon in System Tray, select Connection Status, check which type of the connection is connecting not Established, and let me know. Maybe we need to dump the problematic user's attribute and the working user's, then compare them and find the difference. You can also try the simple way to handle this issue: Move the problematic user to another database, and check it. Thanks AllenAllen Song
