hi all 
i have problem in outlook 2013 to access my job exchange mail 
i face this error

i face this error only in windows 10 
i tried windows 10 pro and enterprise but have same error with office 2010 and 2013 
i also tries same steps in windows 8.1 and mail opened successfully 

so the issue is in windows 10 
what can i do to repair it

Hi,

How do you setup your Exchange account in your Windows 10? Are you using Auto Setup with Autodiscover service to setup your account automatically or fill in Server name and user name manually?

I notice that this problematic account can opened successfully in other computer with Windows 8.1. It indicates that this Exchange account should be configured properly in server side. Please do the following steps in client side to have a try:

1. Run the following command to reset the client resolver cache:

ipconfig /flushdns

2. Use Ping to check your Network settings.

3. Re-configure the Exchange account with a new Outlook profile.

4. Repair your Outlook application:
