Hi,
Is your outlook pc is a member of some Active Directory domain other than the one where Exchange is installed?
You can also try outlook option "Always prompt for logon credentials""
For it just Go to "Control Panel -> Mail" and then
Got to your profile which u r trying to connect to Exchange Server and select "Always prompt for logon credentials" .
See if it can help u.
