I meet odd scenario. I always receive tiff attachment from my customer. If I open five email and print tiff picture, I get five same picture.(the first tiff). Do you meet this scenario?

What is the exchange server you are using and the outlook client? What happens in OWA? Hi Known issue with Word 2010. We found that this is a problem within the Word 2010 product. The known issue has been reported to the Product Team and the fix is currently being worked on. The fix of this issue will be included in the Word 2010 update which is scheduled to be available in last two months. I test it on my client. I did not have the issue at first and continued several tries and got the error. So you can try it three or four times and it will work.
