Hi I created outlook signature and when I send email, the recipient received email as my company logo attachment. I tried to save the logo on the web site with <img src =http://.....gif> and turn off the options- mail format - internet format html options (when an HTML message contains pictures located on the Internet, send a copy of the pictures instead of the reference to their location) It works and received email without logo attachment. Now the problem is we have 500+ users in our company and it is kind of impossible to turn off the html options on each user. Is there any other ways to work around to receive messages without attachment and doesnt have to touch anything to that html options? many thanks, pwint
