can't receive email in outlook due to an apparent sync issue which is way over my head. error code is 80040600-20070903-8004010F-310.  errors have been detected in a local outlook appdata .nst .  outlook data file.  everytime I try to get new mail the same error appears.  I have no idea how to fix this.  thanks for any help that's out there,  I will provide more info if needed.
