outlook web access not working properly
We have a DR site (exchange 2003)which is co-existing with our production exchange orginzation (e2k3)and in DR we have one mailbox server and one OWA SERVER , when we try to view our productionmailbox through DR siteOWA then it opens but its not showing preview of any email, not allow to view search, GAL, new email features. You have to have douple click on email to view the mail content, apparently when i try to open OWA as basic client then its works fine. don't know what is blocking in premium client.Andeven if we go to IIS on DROWA then browse default website and browse thenafter openinga mailbox its throwa script error like thisError:-Line:176Char:1error: Object expectedcode:-0URL: Https://fqdn/exchange/user/inbox/?cmd=contentsDo you want to continue running script on this page?Click YES or NOI have compared DR and OUR ORG IIS settings and every thing is similar, No OWA specific error detectingin EXBPA2.8, no error in eventsService pack and patch level is same in all servers.Have any one faced same issue?

What do the IIS logs show on the DR OWA server? Can you provide a small excerpt?

Is it possible that someone configured the DR site so that it will not support Premium clients? For Exchange Server 2003, this is done via the Registry or you can use the OWA Admin tool (which you have to download and install).http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Outlook-Web-Access-Web-based-Administration.htmlTake a look at this KB article to see if it may apply to your situation:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833340Of course, if the Registry key does not exist, then this is probably not the case for you.Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com

hi,please check the ports such as 80,25,443 for SSL on your firewall. and just look at Henrik' article about OWA ;http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Securing-Exchange-Server-2003-Outlook-Web-Access-Chapter5.htmlregards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com
