Hi,
From your description, I understand that you receive an error “403-Forbidden: Access is denied” when you try to log in Outlook Web App 2010.
Before we go further, please help me to clarify the following information:
1.
Make sure you have enough permission to log in Outlook Web App 2010,
you can use Outlook to have a try:
a.
If you can use Outlook to log in, it is proved that you have permission to log in Outlook Web App 2010.
b.
If not, you should ask the administrator to change the permissions for you.
2.
Whether the Exchange Server could provide correct authentication for the user.
Please follow this way to check the authentication on Exchange Server:
Start->Exchange
Management Console->Client Access->Outlook Web App->Properties->Authentication
Please help me to collect the information at your convenience, I am standing by for your update.
Thank you,
Tyler
