outlook won't send messages

my outlook 2007 suddenly won't send emails. I can receive them just fine but get an error message saying:

Task  Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

HELP!!!!!

Hi,

Please first check if you can send email from web mail. If problem continues in web mail, you'll need to contact your ISP to get further assistance.

If it works as expected in web mail, it means the problem is related to Outlook side. In this situation, please make sure your SMTP settings is set correctly. See:

If you installed any antivirus software, please try to temporarily turn off them and test again.
