owa access denied

2013 on-premise CU 8

I have a single user out of 7k mailboxes that cannot access owa externally, internal works fine.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I noticed that the issue only happens to one specific user, please check the following settings in ADUC:

1. Open Active Directory Users can Computers as a domain administrator.

2. Click Users. Right-click the problematic user > Properties.

3. In the Account tab, click Log On To.

4. In the Logon Workstations window, please make sure All computers is checked.

Solved

After upgrading to CU8 http redirect broke and he was the first one to see it, once that was fixed all is good again.

Sorry for any confusion I was working off what he told me.
