can you help me to get into my e/mail as i forgot my password they sent me a new one but cant get it as they have sent it to the e/mail address that i cant get into if that makes sense

Call them and ask them or provide an alternative address. Not sure if your talking about exch env (on-premise) or hosted or even hotmail. This forum is for primarily for Exch on premise. Sukh
