I extend the user's account in Active Directory till 22nd November 08 and today she get the message that her account will be expire in 14 days.Please advise.

Hi Jaspreet, Password expire setting and AD account enable/disable setting are two different things. Password expire setting configured in domain security policy so ask her to change the password and don't worry about user account, it will be disabled on 22nd Nov as per AD account settings which you configured.
