When I went to change my password there was a security question that I answered (complete an email name).  It then said that I needed to recover a code from my email, but when I went to access the email account the same question as answered previously popped back up.  I tried this several times and several variations of answer without moving forward.  The only thing I can think of is that they are asking for the alternate email address listed quite sometime back but have not used for several years and is likely defunct by now and to top it off I can't remember the password for that old "alternate" email to check to see if that is what they are asking for.  I have spent several hours trying to work thru the various Microsoft tech support and answer sites and talked to several people but no one seems to be able to help.  When I go to the answer.microsoft site it says "wait time 1 minute" but several tries and waiting 20 minutes each time never allowed a chat.    What's an old man to do?
