Hello. I am new to this site but I need some guidance. I am acting as project mgr to replace/deploy approximately 200 multi function print devices. I am looking for input on ways to deploy the print drivers. Right now this organization (I am fairly new to) manually installs through Add a printer wizard at all workstations. Our desktops are locked down; no admin or power user groups; no RUN cmd. All deployment techniques I have researchedrequire power user rights. Ultimatley I would like to be able to have users go to a web page and select the printer to install instead of all this other stuff. I have looked @ a cool Ricoh product, but again, user needs Admin/Power rights. Is there any way around this? We have Altiris deployment product, but then I will need to create a packaged script or .exe for each printer and then have list of pc's that should get which printer and then deploy....seems like administrative night mare Thanks, Annette
