problem in email delivery
HiIgot a problem in my company:1) i can recieve the 1 st email from user A2) while user A "recall" the 1st email, i do recieve the "recall notice", but cannot recieve emails which User A reply or forward by the recalled email, this is the same problem withhttp://www.mail-archive.com/exchange@intm-dl.sparklist.com/msg05098.html3) And i found the Delivery Detail is started with250 2.6.0 <!~!UENERkVCMDMy server is Exchange 2003 + SP2i have no ideal what to do. it's strange....

Hi, Would you please describe the issue more detailed? 1. Whether the issue only occurs on User1 and you? 2. Whether the user1 is internal or external user? 3. Whether the issue can always be reproduced? 4. Whether user1 receives any NDR messages? If yes, please post here. 5. Please check message tracking log for more information. If the message tracking log shows no information regarding the message, you need to enable the protocol log to check whether the remote mail server attempts to connect your exchange server to send the email if the user1 is an external user or his mailbox on another server. If the remote server has attempted to send email to your exchange server but failed, Network Package is also helpful to troubleshoot the issue. Mike
