i did factory reset. on my computer and before i did that i could play dvds no problem on my computer. now when i put in a dvd it dosen not do anything whats so ever. i go to my computer and go to my cd rom. and it says that there is a cd in it but it says write files to disk. but it is a dvd movie. it dose not display anything on the disk. normal cds work. but i have problems with some. my cd rom is ahl-dt-st- dvd+rw gwa4164b. i do not no what to do. pleas help. im not sure if i posted this in the right form or not . if its the wrong form could you tell me the right one.
