problem with resource booking policies in exchange 2007
I am having a problem with resource booking policies in exchange 07. We created 4 resources or room mailboxes so we can book them for meetings when needed. People are able to book the rooms and assign them as resources. The problem is that we are not able to view the details of who has the room booked for a particular meeting. We would like to have it set up in a way that we can view who has the conference rooms booked for meetings. We tried a solution that was posted here but it doesn't seem like it has worked. The command we typed into the management shell in exchange is the following... set-mailboxcalendarsettings -identity boardroom -DeleteAttachments $true -DeleteComments $true -RemovePrivateProperty $true -DeleteSubject $true -DisableReminders $true -AddOrganizerToSubject $true -DeleteNonCalendarItems $true -OrganizerInfo $true can anyone help us with this? we would appreciate some feedback.
