I have downloaded the microsoft office 2013 professional plus from the Technet Evaluation Centre, however when i try updating the product key, it wasn't working and said that my key have some problems. What can I do?

By "updating" the product key, do you mean you have already activated it once and want to use a new trial product key to activate it?
