hi i installed exchange 2007 also how i can read user`s emails on exchange?thanks

Hi,once you have cretated a user you can check by configuring MS Outlook. You could use OWA as well.Pleaselet us know what roles have you installed?Did you do a typical installation?Regards,Taruj Bhattacharya

First understand that it might against your organization's privacy policy so I would suggest you not to read other's email unless you have proper authorization. To read other users email you need to have permission on their mailbox and then you can open their mailboxes in Outlook or with OWA to read emails. ~ Create a new user account which is not a member of any AD Admin groups (Administrator, Domain Admin, Enterprise Admin). ~ Give Full Mailbox to access mailbox in Outlook. You can also give Receive-As permission on whole database/server to gain access of all mailboxes of database/server.
