 I have a shared folder on which i have given "delegatesentitemsstyle" to make sure sent items saved in sent folder,now i gave permissions to the shared folder read only i.e. Reviewer,after giving permissions mails are again moving to personal folder sent items instead of saving in  shared folder.plz help me through this

What's your outlook version?

Base on my search, the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value was not implemented in the RTM release version of Outlook 2010, it may cause the issue.
