need your help

Whenever one of my Project manager reply to specific 2/3 users email, then he is also getting a copy of same mail automatically. This need to stop.

in order to check this

I check for the rules but there is no rule set for this and it is very strange this is not happening if he replies to other users in the organisation.

my environment has Exchange 2003 + sp3 and outlook 2010.

Does it occurs if he reply the message through OWA? Try to check if there is any Exchange transport rule exists.

Does he or anyone else set the delegate acces? If so, cancel it to check the result.

Try to launch Outlook in safe mode ("Outlook.exe /safe")or create a new profile to test is also proposed.
