Hi, I am planning on setting up limits for some users in the organization. After some research I can not confirm the following 2 items. I am hoping someone may have done it and can help. 1. If I set a limit of 50 recipients on some users, will these users be able to still send emails to DLs which have more than 50 users? the all-users DL for example? 2. Yes, sorry. I meant to say they can send up to the maximum recipient limit for DLs. In my test i set that to three to make the test faster. If you set it to 50 as you mentioned in your post they would be able to send to 50 DLs.TBrennan

I am not sure about the first question yet; but, it should be easy to set the limit on multiple mailboxes with a powershell command such as this: get-content c:\file1.txt | set-mailbox -recipientlimits 50 The file1 contains the list of users. TBrennan
