Hi,
Please check application log to see whether event 8270,event 8022 logged there.
Besides, please run ExBPA to have a health scan. Check the report to see whether any AD Schema related error logs there.
If yes, then we assume this is a Exchange Server 2003 issue. You may try to follow the below steps to check the AD schema information.
1. Please register the Schmmgmt.dll File so that Active Directory Schema snap-in will be available as a MMC snap-in.
1). Click Start, and then click Run.
2). Type: regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll, and then click OK.
2. Open Active Directory Schema snap-in
1). Run MMC from a command prompt.
2). Go through File-Add/Remove Snap-in-Add- Active Directory Schema .
3). Find Active Directory Schema-Class-"group",in the right result area, please try to check "msExchALObjectVersion". If it is missing, then got to next step.
4). Please right click on group, go to "Relationship" tab and check Auxiliary Classes, whether the below values list there. If not, then please add.
mailRecipient
securityPrincipal
MSExchBaseClass
MSExchCustomAttributes
MSExchIMRecipient
If it is not the case, then please feel free to let me know.
More information share with you:
