I will try to make this simple...trying to download the OS( Windows Vista)for a HP Pavillion dv2601 laptop. HP has sent to me twice a two disk set, both fail miserably and I end up in the HP chat room for days. Always at the end I keep getting SKU mismatches...Is there any other way to download the OS HELP OHFOOP
