I've followed this article to expose the original sender on the quarantined mailbox and how to recover a false positive messge, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998920(EXCHG.80).aspx. When you recover and resend the false positive message, it comes from the quarantined mailbox profile name. Is there anyway to send the message to the end user with the original sender in the from field? This would be much simpler for the end user, so they know who originally sent the message and so replies go to the correct person.
