Hi, Is there a way to "secretly" forward a copy of all incoming email to mailboxA, on to mailbox B? Emphasis on "secretly". Forwarding is easy, but if the sender is using Outlook and has requested Delivery Receipts, then the sender gets 2 delivery receipts - from both mailbox A and B. I don't want to turn off ALL delivery receipts/reports, just these ones. thanks

What is it you are trying to accomplish? I am often concerned when there are requests like this as often the breach local laws on data privacy and/or interception. One particular problem with adding a BCC to mails this way is often it is hard for the owner of Mailbox B to discern personal mails that they (may) have no legal right to open. I would suggest investigating other technologies in Exchange that may be more appropriate for purposes like discovery such as Journing and Legal Hold. Hi George, I agree with Toni and Steve: You need to be really careful regarding privacy and Data Protection and make sure what you are doing is not illegal! Using a Transport Rule (as suggested by Toni) you can tell Exchange to BCC MailboxB for every e-mail sent to MailboxA But the best option would probably be to enable MailboxA for Journaling (as Steve suggested). That way, MailboxB would have an intact copy of every e-mail sent to MailboxA. http://LetsExchange.blogspot.com
