security prompt window constantly popping up asking for a Username/Password when Outlook is open

One User that's having this issue.

Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise x64

Office 2010 x86 (Outlook x86) which is connecting to an exchange server running Exchange 2010

Equipment:

HP Elitebook 2530p docked correctly in a docking station on the LAN.(will explain)

HP Elitebook 2570p docked correctly in a docking station on the LAN. (will explain)

What's been done:

Ethernet cable has been replaced with a brand new CAT6 Ethernet cable.

I've got a User that all the sudden starting having a security prompt asking for Username/Password while she was using her HP 2530p Elitebook laptop on the LAN which in the docking station. Then she started getting account lockouts; which my group would either unlock her account or even reset her password; then make her change it to something that she's never used before. Couple of days later she would get locked out again and so on, this would basically go on for a few weeks.

Then we've uninstalled Office 2010; and then have SCCM reinstall it back onto her computer; so she would have to create a brand new Outlook profile. User was still getting locked out of her account. We then took the laptop and had the laptop re-imaged which did not solve the problem, she was still getting locked out of her account. I then created brand new PST files to make sure those were not the issue, and then moved all her sub folders over to the new PST files, and then removed all the old PST files. User would still get locked out.

We then replaced her machine w/ a new HP Elitebook 2570p laptop, which requires a different docking station. So the laptop brand new and the docking station brand new. Laptop was imaged w/ Win 7 x64 which includes Office x86 and all the Windows and Office Updates have been patched on this laptop. She still was getting locked out of her account frequently.

She would log onto her machine not have any applications open or running on her machine. Lock her computer and then go off to a meeting for 60 minutes plus, then come back to her computer and put her password in, and her computer would say her account is locked out.

We then asked her to do this: have her change her password to something easy, so another tech and myself could take the laptop and log into it using her information while connect to the LAN and then install WireShark onto her laptop to get some logging information. We then deleted all local stored password on the machine.

One thing we notice was if we moved the mouse around the Public Folders area the Windows Security Prompt would pop up. It was not all the time, but it did do it a few times.

We gave the laptop back to the user and for a couple of weeks she has not been getting locked out of Windows, but she is still constantly getting the security prompt window asking for a Username/Password.

She's getting very frustrated with this security window that constantly pops up.

Thanks for your help in advance. :)
